Guided Tours and Sightseeing

Monday – Valletta And The Malta Experience Halfday
Afternoon: from October to May
Morning: from July to September

Our guided tour first allows you to view the Barracca Gardens that
overview the Grand Harbour and then the St. John’s Co-Cathedral,
adorned in riches including the world famous Caravaggio painting
that is on display in the Oratory of this Cathedral. We will also view
from the outside the Grandmaster’s Palace. Lastly we stop at the
Malta Experience, a multivision show that depicts Malta’s history
throughout the ages. €31.00

Tuesday – Mdina Fullday
Today’s excursion takes us to the old capital city, Mdina. During
our walk in the silent city, we visit the imposing bastions that
command a magnificent view of most of the island. On leaving
Mdina we stop at the catacombs and later we proceed to Dingli
Cliffs. After lunch (which is included) we visit the botanic gardens
of San Anton, the impressive dome of Mosta’s parish church and
the crafts centre at Ta’ Qali. €45.00

Wednesday – Three Cities Halfday
Discover the historical area known as the three cities: Vittoriosa,
Cospicua and Senglea. A drive past Cospicua will bring us to
Vittoriosa where we walk through the various narrow streets
shaded by many historic buildings and churches. From the old
quay we take a typical harbour ‘fregatina’ for a tour of the famous
harbour creeks. In Senglea we have a look from the beautiful
‘vedette’ placed in the centre of the Grand Harbour. €27.00

Thursday/Saturday – Gozo Fullday
On setting foot on Malta’s sister island of Gozo, after a twentyminute
ferry crossing, you will notice that Gozo has a character
entirely of its own, much greener and more picturesque than
Malta. During this excursion, we visit the Ggantija Temples, the
citadel in Victoria, Xlendi Bay and the Azur Window at Dwejra.
Lunch is included. €52.00

Friday – Hagar Qim And Local Lifestyle Fullday
Together with our guide you will be led to a maltese pjazza along
winding narrow streets of Qrendi to then visit the most complex
and elaborated temples of Hagar Qim. Leaving Hagar Qim we
proceed to the Blue Grotto where there will be the possibility to
take a boat trip. (Boat fee is not included – weather permitting.)
After lunch (which is included) we visit the idyllic fishing village of
Marsaxlokk to admire the waterfront lined with luzzus painted in
traditional colours. Time will be given to browse around the wellknown
local market. Our day comes to an end when you will be
guided through the prehistoric cave of Ghar Dalam. €48.00
